The sweet stuff also causes a release of phenylethylamine, which causes changes in blood pressure and blood-sugar levels leading to feelings of excitement. Just make sure to choose antioxidant-rich dark chocolate.

You can add coffee here.  Before coffee was discovered, it was being eaten by animals(particularly sheep / goats) and that they made noise and mate with their partners.  The villagers noticed this and tried to roast the coffee beans and use it during their rituals before the couples go to bed.  So, a mug of coffee will do? Hmmmm...no wonder it is also being drunk in the morning... hehehe...
